msn toolbar

hey y'all

i downloaded msn toolbar and its does not show the toolbar... i did all the troubleshoot that relate to this toolbar... does anybody exp with this problem

Right-click on the toolbar (at an empty area). Is msn toolbar in the list? If yes, then check it.
