a friend of mine cant logg on i think her msn got hackt an changed het password what can i do about it

1. Hmmm. Can she log into her passport via your computer or another (relatively) safe computer?

2. Is it a case of her password got hacked directly or a case where the password stored on the computer got reset and she doesnt remember the original? (cuz the latter can be relatively easily fixed)

3. She might be able to recover the password if the "secret question" wasnt changed yet

Off subject slightly, but though people might like to know if they dont already...

If you are unable to install MSN Messenger on your PC for some reason (I.e. mean Administrator at work) then there is a stripped down no-install version that runs in a web page.

Note: you have to enable pop-ups for the site otherwise wont work.
