msupd5.exe running trojan?!!!

Hi all, I have been doing lots of trojan cleaning and the only one that can't be cleaned by Housecall online virus scan because it is a running trojan (Norton won't pick it up) is "msupd5.exe" which looks like a system32 process. Please help, as a hacker may be spying on me occasionally! How do I fix this?

Praetor, Norton can't delete this sucker when it finds it. It can't be quarantined either. I have found other trojans, but they are now gone. Please help me, I am slowly losing computer performance.

EDIT**: I had to use R-Wipe & Clean 4.0 to force deletion of this trojan. Merely opening the directory in explorer activates the trojan. Everything seems clean.
