Multimedia problems

I have a HP Desktop PC with a N1996 motherboard. The problem is the multimedia is not installed. It is on-board. I can't found drivers for installing. Can someone help me?
 
What is the exact model number of your PC? And exactly what do you mean my multimedia is not installed?
 
Really I don't know the number model, I only know that is the motherboard number. The problem is I can't heard the audio. In System/Hardware the multimedia is in yellow sign, it isn't installed.

Look on the back of the case for a sticker that will list a model number. That's the easiest way to find out what driver you need.
