what can i do to make my computer more of a home entertainment pc like whats some good software i can put on it and stuff cuz i mainly use my computer for movies and music
 
Get a blue-ray drive..

not a burner...they are expensive but a player that does blu-ray but also burns regualr cd and dvd..

It's high def man..quality is great.

LG has a drive that is blue ray, dvd-r, cd-r, lightscribe, DL...and its under 100 bucks..maybe less.

Now...if you have an el shito monitor..you will be limited but you dont need a full 1080p tv to enjoy the upgrade in quality.
 
What do you want to do with it exactly, software wise? Do you just want to play movies and such, or are you planing on connecting to your T.V. or something?
