Multiple different IP addresses

How do I setup multi IP addresses in one office so the outside world thinks they are in different locations ?

if you have a static IP you could subnet it

or do as most people do have 1 public ip address and use private addressing.

this is a safer/easier way to do it as the outside world wont know the machines address.

No, what I am looking for is 10 pc's in an office all with different IP addresses but not through one gateway. I want the internet to see 10 different computers. If that makes sense.
