Multiple monitor problems!!

I bought a card to make it possible to have 2 monitors working together. It works fine. BUT that little fan that is on the card is making way to much noise. It is driven me insane!! Anyways can anybody tell me my options on shuting this up. I tried to see if it was wobling or hitting something.
Anyways any info would be greatly appreciated. TY very much.

Buy the card new or used??

Any broken blades on the fan? I would see if it can be returned.

Return the card and get a new one.

Be wary of certain off-brand cards. Many low-end manufacturers use shoddy parts (such as the fan) that will give you grief.

Which make/model card did you get?
