Where Too Start.

Specs Sound Good:

Intel Socket 775
Pentium 4 3.00GHz
3.00 GB of Ram
.......... 2 x 512 MB Twin Mos Matched Ram
.......... 1 x 1GB Geil Matched Heatsinked Ram
Asus P5GD1-VM Motherboard
Albatron 8600GT GPU
SeaGate Barracuda 200GB HDD
ThermalTake 430w PSU
LG DVD-RW Burner

One of my Computers decided it would not agree with me.

I was playing Silkroad Online As i usually do when i was bored, When all of a sudden, my Computer Blue Screened.

I did not catch the error.

Then -

SilkRoad no longer works. Alot of errors about Corrupt game files.

When i try to re-install the game, i get a "Client File Is Damaged, Please Re-install Client" Error. But, Thats what i get when i try to Install The game.

Stupid hey.

So. I decided to re-install windows.

This went all good.

Then -

Put everything back on, And tried to re-install SilkRoad. Same Damn Error.

The Installer is Fine.

I have used it on 4 PC's So far.

Then -

I was copien some Icons back onto the Desktop, and BSOD!


I am thinking it may be a Corrupt hard Drive.

As it is 4 Years old.

I am in the process of finding a spare 40 GB hard drive in my pile of Crap.

Ram is reasonably New.

I am Running Windows XP service Pack 2.

Any suggestions?

Try another PSU... that one could be giving in. Otherwise, download Memtest86 and scan for a few hours for errors.

How do i use it?!

Ive made it bootable and booted from it, It runs for bout 30 seconds Then just shows results of some sort.

Eh? What am i doing wrong?

Do i have to push some magic Key.

Maybe i downloaded the wrong one.

Also, How do i know which module is messing up?
