Multiple Viruses

Hello,
I'm having problems with spyware, adware, and viruses on my laptop. I've scanned with spybot, adaware, AVG anti-virus, and norton, but none of them have completely solved the problem and anything they remove usually comes back.

Here's my HJT log, can anyone help? I'm debating just reformatting, but it would mean a lot of backing up... is this an easy fix?

If you go with formatting and reinstalling, just be careful what you backup, you may very well backup an infection.
 
1. Download this file - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Then rename Hijackthis.exe to "scanner.exe" and post a new log, along with the combofix log.

Why are you running bonjour? Any reason this probably can be removed generally you do not need that...

There's a bit more to do after this, but I'm pushed for time, do this for now and I'll get back to it later.

You're running 2 antivirus programs, Norton and AVG. Uninstall one, as running 2 can cause a conflict and leave you less protected.

Uninstall Viewpoint.

Run Hijackthis and select "Do a system scan only", place a check by the following entries.
