Multiprocessor P4 Prescott

My system bios says I have a multiprocessor P4 prescott. I opened up my computer and could only see one CPU. Two P4s are listed in the bios, but I can only find one. I got my computer in november 2004. Were there any dual core mobos back then? Or am I just confused between two terms. Thanks!
 
Its the hyper threading thats doing that. It makes it look like there are 2 processors but really there is only one.

agreed, but hyperthreading wont show up as two cpus in bios, only in the window taskman
