Mums Vista

I need a quick reply... I am going to factory restore mums windows vista, but it has a nvidia gfx card in the pci slot... its a 9300 gs and I dont have the drivers...

When I restore, since the pc came with the card... WILL IT STILL HAVE THE SOFTWARE?

the computer is an advent.... erm... thats all system info and computer properties says...

Just do the restore and when the restore is complete download the drivers for the video card from the manufacturer's website in this case Nvidia.

can i hv a url... i cant find them and i want all the nvidia control panel software back n all.

I went on to their site and there were loads of drivers for that specific card.

Also you do realise you will lose all your files if you do a restore hope you have everything that is important backed up. I will post back with the link.

I know... ive done one on my computer before and it was just a case of reinstalling the nvidia disk and it works perfectly but since i lack the disk...

Much as I hate to mention other forums this one is dedicated to Advent machines.

You may be ok taking it back to factory and it includes drivers or you may not, I hate Advent.

After half an hour of trying to find the recovery console...

Its really hard to find!

You have to force turn off the computer to be able to access it!!

...Anyway... its now formatting...
