MW2 for my ps3 or my pc?

Hi everyone normally id always get it on the pc because of the mod factor and the online servers.... Now they are both the same price and I have a bigger hd tv in my room, should I just grab it on the ps3, I dont have a preference on controller or mouse.

What do you think? Given my specs and also... theres no chance their will be offical mods ever correct?

When it comes to FPS, i think one of the biggest factors is keyboard+mouse vs controller. For me, theres no question. I would much rather have a keyboard and mouse.

The other thing to consider is community. I dont know much about consoles and how communities work there but the Devs said that they would try to support clans/teams on the PC. If youre into that kind of thing or competative play, PC is the way to go.

I think it really comes down to a personal preference and what kind of gamer you are. If you just kick back on the sofa for a casual couple of hours every week, I would lean towards console but if you want to get involved with communities outside of the game and possibly play competitive, i would recommend PC.
 
i think im somewhere between, ive never been in a clan, but I am usually a better than average player, FOR FPS for me its always PC, problem is im left handed so configuring my keyboard is a pain, I am much quicker with the mouse and it just feels better, but this year it seems the online dedicated servers do not exists, and no mods, so now I dont really see much of a difference. I think they will still have communities, I just dont know how it works either becuase i am new to the PSN
 
i got it on my ps3, tried to play multiplayer, just sat there saying connecting to network :(

the ps3 version is plagued with problems. difficult time connecting and some say that the trophy's don't appear. a patch was recently released to fix the trophy issue.
 
Pc version has problems too...basically a direct port of the console version.

In my opinion MW2 is a total flop, ive played it on xbox 360 and 600p res plus low FPS throughout is not impressive whatsoever.
