Dividers work quite well, but when i went from a 1GB stick to 2 1GB sticks, i was able to overclock to 2.7Ghz.
 
click delete before startup, go into the bios and up the frequency some. if it won't reboot then it's too high. do like 3-5mhz at a time (which will ultimately be 30-50mhz for the cpu-frequency)
