This cooler may block one of your memory card slots like it dose mine. I have it and it dose work very good. It's alot bigger than it looks in the preview picture by the way, just make sure you have a big enough case for it. 6" Tall, 3" Deep (With 1 fan only) and 5" Wide.

Other then that you look like you may have something mean.

yeah, the 212+ is an absolute beast. Looks like a really, really good build though. What do you plan on doing with it? Gaming, i suppose! maybe also consider an Asus or Gigabyte motherboard, as i would say that they have a better reputation. But still, that would probably add a bit onto the price. But good choice on the 2500K, they overclock to the shizz

You have the same case ? Based on the case specs i have what do you think

No, the case I have is a Tempest Evo Enthusiast Steel Tower. It's $103 at Amazon and it fits the cooler very nice.
Take a look at it here http://www.amazon.com/TEMPEST-EVO-POWER-BLACK-INTERIOR/dp/B002YT8B7E/ref=sr_1_18?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1304784683&sr=1-18 Your case is 9' wide so it should be fine, mine is a little under.

Your power supply might be a little much but if it is 80 PLUS SILVER Certified then you don't have to worry to much about a power overload. The rest is pretty nice, I might be just a little jealous of your spec's.

What are you useing it for?

gaming/school which is gonna be networking i guess. I spent a long time putting this together and find the deals. I just used other peoples builds and went off suggestions. It's my first computer build

I looked at other motherboards, the one i got looks pretty good. I guess ill have another look

just go trawl through reviews, they usually give you a general feeling about them. it's not that MSI is a terrible brand; its that Gigabyte and Asus have a massive reputation and they don't grow on trees.

MSI's bad rep comes from their motherboard department. Their GPU's are as good as any other. I think this is because GPU's get reference designs and specifications where motherboards are based on their own designs.
