My Build, ideas?

so first off, hello everyone!
here is my idea of a budget build, everything excpet windows for around 750-800$
- G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
- Antec 300, with two fans, plus 2 that i will buy seperately because they are green, and i like green.
- sapphire radeon hd 6850 buuuttttt! i might wait for nVidia gtx 650 ti, which should come soon and feature new technology..still debating btw.
- AMD Phenom x4 ii 965 BE
- 970 ASROCK extreme3 AM3+ mobo
- Asus 24x DVD Burner
- WD caviar blue 500gb hdd
- Corsair 430w PSU (people have advised 500w? its a bit expensive, so what do you think?)

Now for the accesories,
- microsoft x4 sidewinder keyboard
- CM storm Xornet
- Acer g235h abd 23 inch lcd

i dont think y'all really care about the last 3 items though XD

so do you think i should get 500w psu? and do you think everything is compatible? after a lot of searching i think this is my final build

Go for at least 500w. Something like:

Get a different case. That's an older case with no cable management.

Everything else looks good.

YES! Sorry that's what was supposed to be there, but thanks anyways! its got way better cable management, aaaaaand its got front usb 3.0 slots, so thats always cool, would you agree on the 500w psu? and would it fit in the case?
