my case

Dump the cheap supply that comes with it! Those are usually total garbage. There wasn't any mention seen there on how many and what size case fans can be used. If 120mm you will have some good air flow. If 80mm? Ouch! You'll see higher temps.

Yes i agree, dump the PSU, ive experienced those PSUs... either they smoke, whine, or i had one that caught fire.

The one time I made the mistake of ordering a case with a supply and actually using it simply went DOA on the second week of use. I could only say there... beside a few choice words: "What is this crap?!" The case there doesn't look bad as far as style. Gaming cases will generally allow for larger case fans to be used. That helps especially keeping temps down on the newer boards out.

well i think the case is a bit on the small side and i wouldnt have chosen it but thats my opinion but Yes definatly dump the Psu as the guys have mentioned.

Haha look what it says on the site:

This case is designed for gamers. It is outstanding value for money but most also striking in design. Included once completed is a 300W PSU, it should be able to manage the most challenging of PC configurations.

This case is designed for gamers? Haha with that power supply its designed for crapping out.

Kent.

The style is the only thing going for it. If it doesn't allow for 120mm case fans front intake, rear exhaust, and nothing on the side cover oops! It falls fast from the gaming catagory. I haven't see a 300w model supply for years now. One of the early Socket A boards here ran a 350w. That's why the rec for dumping the supply was made earlier.

Rofl if their trying to make a case for gamers why not make the whole case good for gamers why don't they just not include the most crappy power supply in the world.

Kent.

And what see them put a good supply in? "we can't do that! we wouldn't make enough money!"(selling upgrades that is) 99% of the supplies included with cases are strictly "low end" models or simply "CHEEEEEEEAP" crap. With a name brand they'll throw in a low ender while "low cost" cases will see cheap generics often. 300w is reverse thinking as well. You're looking at P II and old K5-6 AMD boards there. 350w was the minimum on Socket As and Celeron models as the manufacturer's recommended.

Can you order from another vendor? The selection seen there is rather small. A good look around at other vendors and options would be the best move before getting into something you won't want. Ordering without not with a supply is always the best move. Then you can go for a good make and model.
