my cd driver wont open!

either i do it manually or choose ''eject'' from the my computer panel it wont do anything!
one thing tho, i noticed i have 2 dvd drives (wtf! )
one is DVD Drive (E: ) other is DVD Drive (F: )

You have a broken drive, replace it. The drive not opening happens a lot when they go bad.

whaaat?!?
ohhh maaaan...
well...i guess i should replace the cd drive whit a comp ones that isnt used never ever...
tho, how to do it?
its times like these...i wish i had computer-addict friends lol

just because it won't open doesn't mean it's absolutely broken. i've seen certain apps lock the drive, even after a reboot. i'd try to uninstall the drivers, reboot and let windows redetect the drive. you're showing 2 drives but only have one physical drive? have you installed anything that would make a virtual drive? like alcohol 120% ?
have you tried a system restore or a repair of windows from cd? if none of that works, then it probably IS damaged physically.

You can try disabling the drive and then reenabling it.

My Computer > (Right Click) Manage > Device Manager

Find your cd rom drive and then right click and select disable.
Now reenable and it might work.
