My cod is messing up...

recently my cod6 has been playing up its like a scratched dvd, sound and picture keeps jumping every 5 seconds its really frustrating. this is on both single player and multiplayer and it doesn't jsut happen in game it starts as soon as i open the game the background for the menu jumpes and so does the music. I have no idea what has caused this as it was running fine not that long ago, please help i wanna play cod smoothly again!

whats your system temps like when you play?

Have you tried installing the latest graphics drivers?

upgraded the drivers recenetly, same issue.
Not to sure about the temps, i'll take a look, but i've been playing this game for a good 3 months with no issues, very annoying!

75 degreas during gameplay, thats for the gpu

hmm, have you run a defrag lately? i had lots of lag issues in games right after installing, i defrag sorts out the mess.

i actually just reinstalled windwos because the windows 7 RC ran out but i was experiencing the problem right before i did the reinstall aswell, but i have done a defrag but it didn't seem to help much.
