My comp can't seem to see my SATA drive

Hey,

So My SATA drive isn't showing up on my comp at the moment. It's seems to be there when I start it up as my slave...but when I try to run Itunes or find files they are no where to been seen. I hope it didn't die out on me because I have tons of pictures and music. Any help would be very appreciated.
 
i feel like a newb but unpluggin and plugging back in worked! Anyone think me having 3 partitions and 2 non working OS's would be bad to have sitting on a slave?
