Ok so this is what I'm looking at getting for my build: Tell me what you think and I'm also double checking that everything will be completly COMPATABLE!!!

well I'd go with a Q6600 as its only a little bit more and its quad core .. and you really don't need a 700watt PSU .. the bigger the PSU usually the less efficent they are and also more expensive for soemthing u dont need .. a quality 500watt PSU will be fine for ur build as long as ur 12v rail supports enough power, which any quality 500watt PSU will. + ur buying expensive OCZ ram when its not even rated higher than any other DDR2 800 ram .. nor does it have latency ratings which usually means the latency is on par with the rest .. really jst a waste of money.
 
GPU: 8800GTS 512MB is the way to go
HDD: I think Seagate have a faster 32MB Cache version
PSU: It's OK to keep OCZ 700W, you may want to SLi at the end of the day
CPU Heatsink: You may want an aftermarket one for Ocing
 
ya i'll vouch for the OCZ 700W power supply, mine is great, has plenty of connections, and i really think the 120mm fan does a good job of exhausting hot air, better then my rear 80mm fans.
