a while ago and i now need some of the info i saved on it's memory. is there a way to take it out or somehow get it back?! i'm pretty much a computer dummy so any advice would help!
when i turn on the computer it says:
We apologize for the inconvience, but windos did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.
If your computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose last known good configuratoin to revert to the most recent settings thatworked.
If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a poser failure of because the Power or Reset button was pressed, or if you aren't sure what caused the problem, choose start windows normally.
then it gives me all the options and i've tried all of them and none of them work
