my computer does alot of noises from the cpu

and checking my task manager I see my internet edge webbroswer can take a lot of power and cpu.
defragmenting it helped alittle. what can I do more?

Yes you need to get a new cpu fan or you'll fry the cpu.

I installed a temperature monitor - what are the temperature in clecius that the cpu is in safe range?

Might be some kind of malware. Can't be sure but better be safe than sorry get antivirus

Bro a fan is super cheap and will prevent garbage performance from your PC throttling itself (think, slow) so it doesn't overheat.
