My computer is being weird

Hey guys,
Not sure where to put this thread because I don't really know whats happening. On Friday My computer began to act strangely. I couldn't click on half the icons on my computer.
Examples: menu button on chrome, right click words to spell check, url bar etc.
My Anti virus software: Trend Micro™ Titanium™ Maximum Security
I tried messing around and some problems went away but some new ones started. The scroll wheel didn't work(only way to go down a page was to click the thing on the side of a page and pull down) and when I clicked my lock screen to go the log in screen it would pop up but then go back to its original state. So I would just sit there clicking my lock screen while it spazzing out. After a while i found out that if i dragged up from the bottom of the screen to the top it would work.
I tried backstepping my computer, didn't work. I tried the diagnostics and it said it failed, tried wiping my entire computer and re installing windows but it said my software was invalid.

Im really at a loss as to what i should do. The only thing which happened which was out of the ordinary was when I spilled water on my desk in the morning before school. I cleaned it up quickly and ran to school. My computer is under my desk and i doubted any water got onto it but i thought if it did it would have dried off by the time i got back.
Any idea?
Thanks

Have you tried a different mouse? When you say software invalid, what software are we talking about?

open cmd as adminstrator and type sfc /scannow and hit enter

this will scan the system for changed/corrupted windows files and repair them.

but the software being invalid is a bit strange, is it a genuine copy of windows?
