So Ive become desparate. This is my first post on hear but I do use forums alot. I hope this is in the correct topic and not abusing anything.
Well heres my problem:
Anytime I try to load or insert a new cd after another cd was in my cd drive it locks up. Such as installing a 3 cdrom game or updating photoshop.
Heres the situation:
I reformatted my computer in January, worked ok except for this. EVERYTHING that could pertain to the cd drive is updated. The cd drive worked fine before I reformatted.
Other info: I also have a portable iomega superDVD drive. Ive tried using that I get the same problem. So I figure its not the CD drive malfunctioning but rather the operating software.
Anyone have any experience with this or have any reccomendations? ALL are greatly appreciated.
