My computer still lags :o

Hi guys, just some quick help needed here, i have got a top spec computer, with all drivers installed

cpu : 3.2ghz quad core
gpu: ati sapphire 4600 series
psu:700w OCZ
memory: 4gb corsair 1600+

There are the specs of my comp, why does crysis still lag when im on medium settings :/

do i need to configure my graphics card better ? or am i missin something obvious, i really just want to play games on full spec and i am not really bothered about multi media etc

Crysis is a very demanding game,I wouldnt recommend playing it on anything lower that a 4870 to be honest with 1gb of Vram,Or its just not going to look/play as nice as it could.

What res are you playing on?

erm i have forgoton the ress, but i have a lower 4600 than that. so ill have to wait to save up for me monster 5850
