With my PC, I can do normal power downs and start ups. But I cannot use the sleep feature. There are two reasons for this:
1. Every time my computer wakes from sleeping, after it gets to the desktop it then immediately starts the shut down procedure. (It does not go back to sleep, it actually powers down. Very frustrating, and weird.)
2. When my computer is in sleep mode it will randomly but frequently (twice an hour maybe?) power-on for a minute and then sleep again. This is very annoying at night time when I'm trying to sleep. I have NO idea why it would do this.
I'm running Intel with Vista 64 bit Home edition and 8 Gigs Ram. Any ideas, guys? I would love to be able to use the hibernate feature.
