My computer wont work!

I just got finished putting together my new computer and it worked like a charm. Then i turned it off. When i tried to turn it on again nothing happened. It wont turn on. What would cause a computer to work perfectly and all the sudden not work. Nothing will turn on. Is there somthing wrong with my PSU?
 
Did you turn the powerswitch on the back of your PSU off? Is your powerstrip turned on? Is yout powerstrip plugged into the wall? Is there a light swith that controls wether or not your socket in the wall gets power? Maybe your PSU was accidently disconnected from your motherboard? What have you already checked on?
 
Those are things you should check. Also is there somthing wrong with the power button?

Yes to all. I mean its werid because it worked. Then when i tried to turn it on again it didnt and I didnt move it or anything so Im pretty sure its the PSU.
