My computer wont work

I just fully build my new gaming PC with, AMD fx 6300, 8gb ddr3 ram, gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 motherboard, nvidia gtx 750, and evga 700w power supply, the basic problem is it is turning on but it goes to the boot screen and says insert operating disk and i do and hit enter and it says please try again, i tried inserting my, windows 10 disk, driver disk, everything!! Please help

Go into the bios and change the first boot device to the cd drive or you should be able to press a button for the boot menu to select your cd drive without going into the bios.

I did do that there is so many and my CD drive is plugged in externally to the USBs on the outer case of the computer

Then you have to select usb as your first boot device.
