Can someone tell how to set my computer up so no one else can use it.I have been told i can set it up so is that when i try to get on it takes pic of me. and if it does not recognise the my face it wont let me log on. Please help!

Forget that. All you need to do is create one user that is password protected. And as far as booting the computer you can create a system password so that windows won't even boot up without it. For this option in the bios.
