My Computer ?

This is my first post. I did not know where to put it. I run Windows 98SE. On the desk top under the icon, where it USED to say "my computer", it now says Zxvbnm,.5sedfrgh[;'

I think this happened while I was cleaning the keyboard. I would like to know how to get rid of this and make it say "my computer". TIA

Actually dude, that looks like what would happen if you wiped your keyboard...look at the order of the letters...it's your bottom row...the second row is close to being in order....just right click...should be able to rename.
 
Thank you for your fast reply. I have been trying to get in most of the day. It kept telling me that my password is not valid. Just now I figured out why........(caps lock was on when I registered.) I sent the administrator an email before I figured out my mistake and now I cannot find administrator's email address again. So, I am saying it here......Administrator, please ignore my ignorant email.

I assumed you understood that is why the letters were in the sequence of the keyboard. I am not a hawk. It took me half a day to notice that.

Thanks for the welcome email. I think I can learn a lot here. Now, if you all have enough patience to deal with me. I am an old woman and have had this computer for a few years and still do not know much about it. However....if any one would care to join me in a game of online scrabble I bet I can give you a run for your money.

Not me, I rely of spellcheckers and internet slang to make myself understood ;)

Thanks for the welcome. Guess there won't be any scrabble game. I am glad that my problem was resolved too. My man thought that our computer had been hacked and that the scribbling was the name of the hacker. Never a dull moment here.

It's nothing wrong with Win98, the SE is quite stable. We use it at the office because we don't have supercomputers.
Don't worry, after a couple of years, somebody will reply to you: "Longhorn... wtf" :D
