My computer's been attacked....

You can reboot whenever you want. The only time you don't want to reboot is when after running rkill until after you run malwarebytes or it will reactivate the infection again. So everything is back to normal now?

Everything seems to be pretty good now. I had to manually replace a few icons (such as recycle bin), but I was able to find them all easily enough...& most of my shortcuts returned automatically (Internet Explorer being one of them). If I have anymore problems, I'll certainly let you know...but everything seems to be good at the moment. Again, I thank you so much...I couldn't have done it without your help!
