The Evga 7800GT in Praetor's list comes with a free motherboard, which sounds like it should meet your needs. Also, whichever motherboard you decide one, make sure it has a PCI-E x16 slot, rather than AGP.
I checked out the video card/motherboard combo, and as much as I'd like to get them, it looks like somewhat of a limited time offer and I have a feeling by the time I've saved up the deal will be gone. It's definitely something to think about if the offer still stands when I'm ready to buy, but I'm still browsing so I don't get my hopes up only to find them out of stock or something.
