How can I figure out my computer's hardware?
Examples:
-CPU
-Graphics Card
-Video Card
-Memory
-Sound Card

Some of those items can be identified in the properties window of My Computer. For some of the other stuff, you'll have to into the hardware profiles screen and then expand the descriptions on the individual item that you are looking to identify...
