These kits often require you to adjust the voltage in the BIOS (as such, many problems are from users not reading instructionsI know alot of people run into problems with DDR2-800 RAM. Reason being because DDR2-800 just has higher timings and increased voltages, that some motherboards can't give what certain sticks of memory require in order to operate at DDR2-800 speeds.
carefull.... bobo will throw a BF about that one...1GB is to little for most games now, I'd really recomend going for 2GB.
I'm quite pleased with it. As far as OCing goes, my E6600 is currently at 3.0Ghz (from 2.4Ghz stock), with no VCore increase. I doubt i'll have any problems pushing it higher, when I find the time (although i'll probably wait for a new HSF).
