some info of my PSU is :

Model No. ATX 450W

Solve my problems ? because im getting some high temps on my CPU at about above 55c after running for half an hour. And when im gaming , it goes to atleast 60c or 62 c.

The GPU gets to about 50c+ Not more than that.

So will getting a new power supply help ? Or do i simply need some more coolers/fans for keeping the temps low ?

The pentium D's were known to get quite hot. As said you can try using a better aftermarket cooler.

Recently i was playing a game (CoD4) and it hung and then i saw some stuff go black and some very strange things, Is this because of my low PSU ? the VGA card is new so cant blame that.

like was said...its probably inadequate ventilation, and cooling, get a aftermarket cooler and some fans and you will be ok most likely

faster isnt always better, but yea, more fans...and a new heatsink, i dont think your psu is of issue...unless its blocking airflow, which i dont think it is
