My CPU arrived help please

My core 2 duos E4400 arrived today and everything is here but the problem is that the stock heatsink has like something on the bottom. On the arctic silver 5 website they told me to remove it but how? help?
 
Ok i got a centurion 5 case but then theres no way to remove the I/O Shield plate wtf.. How am i suppose to install my mobo then

yes, there is... it might be one of the one's that you break out.... Just punch it hard towards the inside of the case and remove everything before this...
 
oh ok my mobo doesn't seem to fit in thats sad. I think i setted the stand off in the right position but my mobo seems to be quite smaller then what it is
 
Just google it mano ...installing mobo and the name of u'r board, there are tutorials out there ..hope that helps!
