my cpu cannot overlock??

i'm use CD2.53G now,my motherboard is 845PE which is made in China,and whatever i did it cannot overlock at all.you know China is poor country,so do the people like me,we don't have much money to buy advanced computer! crying~~~
 
CD2.53G = Celeron-D 2.53GHz? Correct?

Need mroe info about the machine. What brand is it? How old is it?
 
my computer is not a brand computer.but a computer which is buit by all the different brands.sorry,i cannot express it clear becoz my english is so poor.but we do call CD2.53=celeron D 2.53 in my country!i am so sorry.hope you don't mind!

No, we don't mind, we are here to help you, it just makes that task slightly difficult.

There are several ways that you can overclock your computer, I don't know what ones will work.

Read this.
 
What i845 board is it? If it is an Intel brand board (ie. D845PERL) you probably cannot overclock it through BIOS options you will have to go to a program like clockgen (www.cpuid.com/clockgen) but theres no gurantee that it will work.
 
why do u say china is so poor ?
half of my accessories are made in china

lol. I my self is chinese.

Here in US you can just go and pick up a good fearly good brand name computer up for around 1000 to 2000$ USD in bestbuy. BUt in china even one of these middle class computer can easly cost over 8000 to 10000￥.

Here is how i compair it. Lets say In US, every body make 3000$ USD a month and In china people also make 3000￥a moth. but the computer cost 1000 to 2000$ in US and 8000 to 9000￥ in china. See the difference? I know not all people make that acound in both country but the different is very big when it comes to tecs.

i had a friend who was goin to china he kept on asking me if i want any electronic stuff from there because it's much cheaper than here in Egypt
here a very good computer costs around 5000-6000 Egyptian pound ...that's about 900-1000 USD !!!
and we get stuff from china,malaysia !!! (mostly)

This is just one of the manythings why it is more expansive for the Chinese to buy computer in china.

The exange rate between china and US is about 7.something times. so 1 doller in usa is is 7.??? dollers in china.

10000/lets say 7.5=1333.3333333

Thats why alot of the parts useed in the PC here is made in china and other countries and inported to US.
 
Forgot to add this.

If your countries corrency is stronger than China than ofcourse its cheaper to buy from china. ^^
