my cpu fan?

I just removed my cpu fan and cleaned it now that i put it in its making loud noises, but the fan looks like its running fine

i think scraping and vibrating, but i checked the fan, i put it in tight

maybe too tight??? there's no cords hitting it right? it could just be crooked. take it off and put it back on again.
