My cpu get to hot, even i have NH-D9L Noctua

Hey guys im looking for a advice :
I've been changing to a new case for my Gamer computer.

I've choosen silenco 452 because i want a silent computer but a strong computer.

As some have guessed already i've having problems with Heat.
I have a AMD FX 8350 - R9 290 Sapphire trix 4gb (3fans on it)
Have a gigabye motherboard,
and a insane good airblow for cpu. NH-D9L Noctua.

But i still get 71 on LOWLOW in gta V, my grafic is not the problem the heat and load is fine , but my cpu gets 71+ on lowlow, and that is strange since it only have 50% load, besides the insane cooler, i have 2 fans on it, + 5 in the case + 3 on video card, my, airflow, is GOOD, im sure, i've tryed to remove cpu and put new paste, and ensure everything is set right.

been trying to open the case side to, only helps around 5c.
Amd says that fx 8350 have a max of 70 is max.

So i need waterblock or bloks, i guess, but witch one.
I would prefer a good one, but im low on money to,
i would like to get below 50 on load.

Do you have any overclock on the CPU?

Did you mount all components of the cooler tightly? Did you use thermal paste?

Nope none :( the cooler is tightly as i write above, and i used thermal paste, tryed to change it to, no change

i've tryed them all, Speccy,coretemp,speedfan,bios,cpu-z, even AMD's own Overdrive, all say the same :(

with the noctua it shouldnt be anywhere near tjmax. The fx 8350 tj max is 90c so 70c isnt that bad really if it was overclocked, that cpu doesnt output that much heat so shouldnt be anywhere near that on stock settings with that cooler. I take it thermal paste was fitted correctly with correct method and amount.

Are both fans on the cooler pushing air out the exhaust (rear) of the case. Make sure they are not both pushing air toward each other.

Tyler, Amd's own software overdrive says 70?
But if its 90 its still close, because is what i get on low, low, settings, if i go ultra on Gta v my cpu, continues above 83, i close the game there, because im not sure it will last on that, the grafic card is fine.

Im sure it blow the right way, :) I'm not new to this, and im only here because i've tryied anything, i even removed my grafic card some slots down to try to reduce the "heat from the grafic card to go up on cpu" did not change a bit.

Im sure the themal paste i set correct, i've done it twice to be sure, :)
I think some of the heat must come from the case, (its a silent one) but yet still 70 on lowlow settings with 50% cpu load seems to much with so many fans.

The only really massive effect is the cpu cooler and fan. Make sure they are blowing the right way, should have an arrow on the fan housing or just feel the airflow. It will get hot if the fans arent turning or if they are blowing towards each other as it will hold the heat.

I have 2x GPU's pushing hot air into my cpu cooler where you can feel it blowing hot air out the top of the case. Still it rarely breaks 55c on one core during gaming with a 0.8ghz overclock. Although a gpu adds heat it wont make it heat up as much as that especially on stock settings.

Im not doubting your ability, I suspect either there is something wrong with the cpu or cooler. Have you tried the stock cooler it came with just to see?

Exactly how much paste did you put on? Small pea in the centre of the CPU IHS? Double check the cpu is on stock settings, such as no auto overclock in the bios.

I haven't tryed the stock because stock is normally crap.
First try with thermal paste very tine one 4 corners, and 1 in middle,

2st. time i put 1 in the middle of a size of a small rosine,
same heat, i have checked the fans once more just to be sure, its blowing the right way.

The AMD overdrive repport a small overclock but i asked it to stop it, to go normal is some kind of auto overclock i will try to go bios and set it to normal if its not listed on "normal in bios" since its from fabric it's like that.

(btw sry for my poor english)

Sounds like 'turbo mode' where the CPU increases it's clock speed at light or lightly threaded loads. For the 8350 it's a base 4.0 GHz but will turbo up to 4.2 GHz if the TDP is not being approached.

that looks fine, and yes you can use pictures.

Just to make sure the cooler is fitted tightly onto the cpu? not over tight but mounting screws etc tight with a screwdriver. Did you fit the cpu cooler when the pc was laying flat with a small pea in the centre and then applying the cooler with even pressure straight onto the cpu keeping it square. Tighten them in an X pattern to ensure square fitting?

I know if its not quite square it can cause temperature problems, ive done it myself.

you say you changed the case only? did you have such a problem before you changed the case?

I've did mount it , fitted it with screwdriver, and the computer was on laying flat :)

I did, just not as much, before it was running round 70 on ultra and 55 on low, so a little better, but as i suggested i need a new cpu cooler to sad then this one is new almost.

But if i wanna keep my silent case i guess i will have to use a water block :(

Hmm thats strange - Bios update-Gta V Amd driver
Cpu Defult reset (even it should be defult already)
And own radio in gta v seems to be poooooor optimized and gives 4 more heat to cpu. :O

So with all that done, somehow i manage to go from 71 to 51 in lowlow :O
I will be back with result of ultra :)

Thx for input all :)

Well- The Ultra mode gave me the same 51c' thx guys for anwsers, even none of them was the one, :) but thx anyway :)
