RAM: http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=256DDR2100-N&cat=RAM
(I really dont like DDR.)
CD: http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=256DDR2100-N&cat=RAM
Sound: http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=L-8768-8C&cat=SND

Is this a good setup? Or, haha, is it even complete?

Yh I would go with what stranglehold advised.#
Could you tell us a realistic budget please?
What would you use you new system for?

ye budget will be used nice and look at the socket befor you buy see if everything is compatable because trust me you will be gutted when it comes and you can use it

Well, I wasnt looking for advice, but I guess I really do need some right now.
My budget is however much it costs. Im trying to keep it as low as possible though. I am a softcore gamer. I get lots of games (I was actually looking more towards 160GB.) so I would actually need more space also. I didnt think that it would all work together, my bad choice of software... I was going to get three of thoes 256MB RAMs. Currently here are my specs:

PROCESSOR: P3 1.3ghz
MOTHERBOARD: Unknown (Stock on a Windows 98 computer.)
RAM: Two 128s and One 256.
POWER SUPPLY: Unknown (Stock.)
HDD: 45gb Maxtor I think...
GRAPHICS: NVidia GeForce MX 4000 (128MB)
SOUND: Built into Mother Board.
CD DRIVES: A DVD drive, Unknown brand or anything.

Its a decent PC, but I am upgrading. These newsgroups are crowding it up a bit. I am sorta a noob when it comes to hardware, I only know I hate DDR RAM, I prefer ATX, and I would rather the graphics card be seperate than the Mother Board.

(BTW, The graphics card was built into that one mother board I was looking at.)

Appreciate the help guys.

If your referring to that system, it is not decent in comparison to todays systems.
I strongly advise against ob board graphics, it is very limited and it uses your system memory!

So you could do with streangle hold and get http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...049&CatId=1181

As for graphics card a 6600 or radeon 9800 will do nicely for soft gaming and will provide some stability for future gaming. Try newegg.com

3 x 256mb ram should be fine for your needs.

Ok, so the sockts just have to do with the processor? Im sorry if Im making this more complicated than it has to be.
