My Entire User Folder Went Missing and Returned?

(RESOLVED) Today I was playing on my Minecraft server, and i took a screenshot that i wanted to show to my friends. I went to my \Users\(Name) folder only to discover that nothing was there. The computer this happened on was one i built, with the operating system on a 120 SSD. I restarted my computer and now everything is back. How could this have happened?

UPDATE: Never mind, this didn't happen. Somehow an empty Users\(My User File) was created on my secondary drive. I had a heart attack over nothing.

Probably because you changed the location of the documents folder in your user folder to reside on your other drive which most people do including me. Windows is on drive C while all user folders such as documents, downloads, music, pictures is on drive D.
