Requesting opinions and criticisms, looking to stay as far under $500 as possible

Athlon 64 3200+
Chaintech VNF4 Ultra socket 939 (nforce4)
MSI GeForce 6600 128 MB DDR PCIe
512 MB Corsair ValueSelect
Antec SmartPower 2.0 ATX 12v 350w PSU

Some things I am wondering are:

-Is the mobo remotely good for oc'ing
-Is the PSU overkill? If so what do you recommend?(I dont really need dual rails but dont mind it either)
-Is that video card a no no or is it good? I am not a hardcore gamer as you can see from my proc/ram but I think I'm gonna get call of duty.

All opinions and criticisms welcomed:)

Mobo is OK for overclocking, just no world records or anything. I think it should stand a mild overclock.

Vid card is a budget card, but should be fine for gaming. As you probably know don't try 1600*1200 max detail or anything, but should handle COD with decent settings.

512MB is good for gaming, jsut dont go less. I assume thats PC3200 which is also fine. It probably on't overclock well, but you can run a divider so you an still overclock your CPU/Moboand your RAM won't suffer.

350w actually is a bit small, you might lack power if you've got a decent overclock and HDD's, cd-drives. I woul at least look for a 420w with good rails and a reputable brand.

i wouldent reccomend using a PsU that came with a case..
I learned my lesson.
(when i watch movies n stuff on WmP it keeps flashing black and also my comp beeps at me sometimes when i game :( )
just go with a 550W aspire chameleon its only like 50$ USd

cool thanks

thanks for all the replies, Im not building till like january or after but I wanna get my plans for what Im gonna be looking at now, hopefully some new vid cards n cpu's will come out n pull the prices down again, since i wanna oc as much as i can on budget still i will stick with the 6600 geforce and maybe get some better ram if i can, but if that board can lock the ram out then that wil be fine by me too thanks for al the replies appreciate it

yeah but by then thell have nice sales on the 7800gt and 7800Gtx..I suggest u save up n get one of those..
