My First Attempted Build

post the link directly to it because that link is taking me to "my saved wish lists" which would be different than yours.

lol looks almost like mine..just different case and you have a better gfx card and power supply. looks good.

build looks really good, if this is your first time building don't stress take your time and go for it, i just built my first computer about a month ago took me about 1 1/2 hours to put it all together its a very satisfying feeling. i just wish my 8800 gt was 20 dollars of instantly i have to wait for the rebate :(.

unless you are going to be building some SLIs and overclocking your computer, you definitely don't need a power supply that high. the other one you posted should work fine. here is some info:

one thing i would change if i were you is choose the higher power supply to sort of future proof your build i wish i would have paid the extra few bucks and bought a higher psu i have a 450 watt which is fine right now but if i ever want to put another 8800 gt and run sli not only will i need a video card but also have to switch the whole power supply out.

thats true, once the 8800gts go down in price again i might wanna pick up another one and run sli. i think i will stick with the higher psu. but i did hear that my mobo doesnt support video cards in sli...can anyone confirm that?
