A few questions:
Will it all fit in the case?
Can it run BFBC2, WoW, Rift, SC2, and others at 45+ FPS on moderately high settings?
And oh ya... will it blend? lol

looks fine and will game fairy high settings, but these are on sale so might as well get the 8gb's for a few extra bucks

also that psu is beyond overkill for that gpu, a corsair builder series 600w is plenty, could prob find a decent 550w if you wanted, but i'd say the 600 for the headroom, but if you planned it to go sli later, then get a single higher end card and you'll get betterperformance.

but there are a ton of good deals now, so check this

and also no need for the extra case fans.

and always check the cobos on your products too, can save a good bit or get a good bit better parts that way.

Thanks for the advice.
I'll get the better ram, swap out the psu for one that isn't so powerful and also scrap the 3 extra fans. And with the SATA I don't think it's necessary to get the 6gb/s. I do plan on going SLI in the future, with another EVGA GTX 460, so would i need any further modifications, if I was going to do the SLI?

That PSU wouldn't be enough for SLI on the GTX 460. You'd want at least 650w to SLI those, preferably more. The one you had at first would be the best choice probably.
