My first build ever. Intended for Starcraft II

Hey so this is my first "computer build" if I decide to go through with it. I want something gamer-specific, and with a budget of around 900$, I did what I had to. So, please give advice, tips, etc. First time, here:

Your motherboard is one generation behind. Not all that bad but you might as well have the latest chipset that you can get. Plus the board that you picked seemed to have problems with the C3 stepping models. So take a look at this board.

Just as a side note, I just built a system for a friend that uses the same cpu and gpu. He plays SC2 at max with no problems at all :)

A little over budget at $944,But better ram with CL7....Six core cpu,1TB hard drive.

You could always get a slightly cheaper Mobo,The power supply i liked too has a mail in rebate too....or you could go with that 500gb hard drive you planned above to put it just under your $900 budget.
