I know this is has kinda turned into a tri-core discussion but I just thought I would let everyone know that I ordered the stuff, but it looks a little different, here are the changes:

I cracked and got the DVD/CD Burner also. These changes actually allowed me to cut about $120 off (before rebates:P) my $800 budget because that mobo has a built in video card and should support everything that I will use. Thanks for everyone's input.
 
Eh... I would've gone with the P35-S3G personally... That motherboard isn't the best... Hopefully the memory you ordered is compatible with it... not in speed, but as in brand and model. Asus is picky about RAM...

1) No combo burner will be that cheap...
2) It's a CD burner, and no more...
3) It's not SATAII...
