lol no what happened was i picked out a build a few months ago befor i had money and i was going to buy a few things at a time and i thought a psu would be the safest thing to buy so its just chilling in the box.

You do know that you will have to overclock to get those memory speeds as the board only supports up to ddr3 1333 without overclocking.

yes...i havent OCed but i looked up some videos and OCing ram on a set up like mine seems to be easy.

DDR3-2000 RAM is completely unnecessary, and is useless for anything except benchmarking. Corsair Dominator in general is way overpriced. This would do just fine:

i want the 2000 DOMINATOR ram to match the red and black in my build, but i have had a few people tell me 2000 isnt needed so i changed it to the 1866 (lowest one in red).

as for the monitor the one you showed me is an none glossed screen. glossy
scrrens look better imo. ill try to look around and see if i can find those monitor in a store and compare them.

i also down garded the MOBO to the one with 2 PCI-e slots...it new and cheeper.

and ill be geting the 1tb HD, ty for that.

EDIT: i just got a MOBO with 3 PCI-e slots that is new

Some G-Skill Ripjaws models are red or red/black, and Geil Black Dragon is black with red LED's on it.

It's a bit more expensive, but Crucial Ballistix Tracer comes in red and has a lot of LED's on top. This is the best RAM for aesthetics IMO. the tri-channel kit is pretty expensive, but three individual sticks goes for ~$160:

ya that Crucial Ballistix Tracer with red is sexy, and will go good with the rest of the red in the case. ill go with that.
