Thank you spirit, for speaking my mind exactly. It's a entirely subjective argument, that really couldn't help the OP anyway considering he already bought it.
 
wow i log in to check the thread and i see 21 replays im thinkin **** ya alot of advice and shit for my build, nope lol but either way Windows 8 is downloading as i type, i mean why not try it, now what i really need to know is can somebody pint me towards a good PSU for my rig, i wanna go fully modular, do i even need 750W? and blue leds would be real cool too haha thanks for all the action guys!
 
I wouldn't be worried about the PSU honestly. Granted it's probably not a great brand it still should be okay since you have so much overhead anyway. If you've got some cash knocking around sometime down the road, tossing a better quality unit would be a good idea. But don't run out the store in a panic in purchase a new one. There is something to be said about good quality PSU's and I recommend them whenever possible but I feel sometimes this forum gets whipped in to a hysteria over PSU's if they're not a certain company/model. Looks good though.

But cable management. :D
 
Denther, don't forget, its a 750W Modular PSU for $70. A comparable Corsair or Seasonic PSU is at least $130.

Personal preference is not going to show the increased performance of windows 8.

Since you are curious, I will answer. I don't give a damn how people take it. The statement is true. Using dated tech is retarded when there is a better replacement.

That aside, if you don't like it you are more than welcome to go to another forum which knows their stuff a lot better than this one.

Then by your own logic, if you have anything from 2012 or earlier, it is retarded that you haven't upgraded to something better, and I get the feeling that you haven't exactly sprung to buy the GTX Titan or the Ares II or anything similar have you? But enough, I am finished arguing, and will now exit the flame train that is Windows 7 versus Windows 8. Like spirit and I said, it's all up to personal opinion regardless.
 
I always buy last year's technology (so to speak) because they're cheaper so I'm retarded huh huh huh. :D
 
God, let this Windows 7/8 crap go! To call people retarded because they use 7 is nothing but childish and immature. I use 7 and have 3 copies of 8, plus I probably install 7 on 80% of the builds I do. To go that far with nothing but your opinion and call people retarded shows ones lack of judgement and calls in question even your opinion.
 
If you say so strangle. But I am saying it. To use an old Copy of windows does nothing but limit system performance, and limit system security. It is a stupid move to currently use 7.
