My First Build

Hey everyone. I'm new to the forums here. I am planning on doing my first solo build for a decent gaming computer and I wanted to get some advice on my current specs. From what i can tell I think that all the parts are compatible but any confirmation of this from someone maybe a little more tech savvy than I would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using a power supply from my old rig, a 700w Cooler Master Silent ProM

BTW Asus still a good mobo.

Wouldn't he be better off with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s since his MoBo can handle it?
