Best to get an AM3+ board to make sure your bulldozer CPU will work. Here's a suggestion:

What are you going to use this computer for? If just internet browsing, word processing, etc, there are things you could change that wouldn't hurt performance.

If you are gaming, same thing. You need a video card if you're going to be gaming.

So need to know what you're using this for and your budget.
 
what is this build for? like he said you want an am3+ mobo from a better brand, like the one he linked. i don't see a graphics card in there and the ocz isn't the best brand, so there is no need at all for 750w, look at like the xfx 550w or a corsair cx500.
